Policies

Most of our rooms have minimum-stay requirements (2 or 3 nights). Please call us about additional availability.

We love to host canine friends! Our Evergreen, Colorado inn is a convenient pet-friendly lodging alternative to hotels in Denver. Our Creekside Cottage 1, Creekside Cottage 2, Hillside Cottage 1, Hillside Cottage 2, and Fireside Loft are the only dog-friendly rooms on the property. Please let us know ahead of time if your pup will be joining you!

$35 pet fee per dog, per night.

All reservations require the first night's cost (plus taxes) as a deposit.

All reservations have a 1-week cancellation policy; guests have up to 1 week before their stay to cancel with only a $20 processing fee per room. If you cancel within 1 week of arrival, we will keep the full amount of your deposit (see above).

We will continue to update these policies as we see fit.

A $25 Resort Fee is now included on each reservation regardless of the number of guests or the number of nights. This fee helps us continue to deliver the personalized level of service and amenities our guests have come to expect and cover overall property costs.
